WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?

  • All orders are shipped from USA.
  • All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.
  • All our products are shipped on demand (meaning we make them as our orders come in).
  • Supplements will ship within 2-3 working days.
  • All other products will be shipped in 3-5 days and arrive in 7-13 days.
  • International shipments will take 10-20 days.
  • We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.

 

HOW DOES THE FREE SHIPPING WORK?

  • Free shipping is on select items only. FREE Promotional items do not qualify for free shipping.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?

  • For all Free or Standard Shipping orders please allow up to 8- 10 days
  • For all Priority Expedited Shipping orders, customers should expect to receive their item(s) in 3 - 5 business days. (not available on some items).

For all International Shipping, please allow up to 10-20 days.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We do offer international shipping on all products except some nutritional products.

HOWEVER PLEASE BE AWARE….

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Long Living pets Nutrition has no control over these charges, nor can Long Living pets Nutrition predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

 

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

  • All nutritional products are shipped from Utah or Oklahoma, USA.
  • All other items are shipped from different locations in USA. 

 

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

 

WHY DON'T I SEE MY TRACKING INFO?

It’s not uncommon for NO tracking information to show until your package has been scanned in by the carriers. 

All nutritional products will have the tracking information in the shipping confirmation email. You will also get regular updates via email in regards to the whereabouts of your order.
